What is Capable and Connected?

It's a 3 week, step-by-step pilates & mobility programme that will help you enhance your body awareness in order to build strength, ease and efficiency in your movement. 

What will I learn?

After the programme you will have a better understanding of how to:

  • progressively build practical strength

  • sustainably improve mobility of major joints

  • actually "listen to your body"

  • better regulate your nervous system

When does it start and end?

The programme starts on Monday 05/06 and goes until Sunday 25/6. You have access to the classes until 25/6

Details of the classes?

There are 3 classes each week, coming out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (so 9 classes altogether). Each one will be around 30 minutes long.
